Another really interesting post. I'm really interested in the field of Biomimicry, and I think there are a lot of potential cross overs with these smart textiles - such as the dirt repelling fabric. Is it based on the same microstructure as the Lotus leaf that has brought about self cleaning paint and glass? Hopefully see some really innovative real world applications soon!
